The video is in Spanish. This post walks through it in English.

**The short answer.**

For a chocolate snack brand's launch, Bellto designed a loaded countertop display, a floor display and a wobbler from three product photos and a brief written in the chat. Every piece came with two versions and all three products in it. Then I had the copy on one display put into Spanish, added a shelf frame and moved on to quotes.

In this video I do what the team at a brand launching new snacks would do, which is design the POP for the launch. The brand is PLESH, which makes chocolate snacks. It is a simulation. PLESH is not affiliated with Bellto and did not commission this campaign.

Bellto is an AI agent that designs your brand's POP. You tell it about the campaign in the chat on the left, and on the right it fills in the brief and shows every piece with its versions.

## A brief with three photos and no sizes

I created the campaign "PLESH Launch" and told Bellto the goal, launching some new chocolate snacks. To help it understand the product I gave it three photos, one per product, and told it what each one was.

**Brief · PLESH**

- Product: healthy chocolate snacks, in three products
- Photo 1: chocolate and caramel bars
- Photo 2: hazelnut Crunch Bites
- Photo 3: almonds with milk chocolate and salted caramel
- Pieces: loaded countertop displays, floor displays and a wobbler
- Product in the pieces: all three in every piece, the wobbler too
- Units: none, only the creative side this time
- Design: no direction, let Bellto recommend

Bellto usually asks a lot of questions to learn how many units you want and the rest of the production details. This time I told it to focus on the creative side.

**Tip.**

The more complete the brief, the better it fits a manufacturer later. Some manufacturers work with minimum runs, and some specialize in some materials and others in others. That is why units and material help pick the manufacturer.

With its first answer, Bellto had already started filling in the brief. I saved the proposal and told it to go straight to the three pieces. I gave it no direction on how I wanted the displays. I let it recommend, knowing this is a new product campaign. Bellto proposed the three pieces, I pressed the button and it started generating the versions of each one in its own chat.

## What came out for each piece

*Version 2 of the countertop display, with the three snacks side by side. · Frame from the video*

On the countertop display, version 1 did not pick up the reference images. Version 2 did, and it looks spectacular. The PLESH logo and all the branding are very well worked. The three snacks sit side by side, sorted by category, with a card listing their main features. As a loaded countertop display, it works very well.

| Piece | Version 1 | Version 2 |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| Countertop display | did not pick up the reference images | the three snacks by category and a feature card |
| Floor display | artwork taken from the photos, shelves by category | the features and the product sticking out |
| Wobbler | "Discover the new healthy snacks" and the products | all three products, with shelves out of proportion |

The floor display also came with two versions, and once again I love the artwork, taken from nothing more than the product photos. It is sorted by category. Here I did something wrong. The ideal is to give the product sizes and the facings you want, and I gave it three photos without saying how big or how wide they were. Bellto did what it could. Version 2 has things I like more, like the features and a giant replica, the part of the product that sticks out and looks great. The artwork on the side makes less sense.

Version 1 of the wobbler says "Discover the new healthy snacks", in Spanish, and carries the product images. Version 2 also carries all three, but it is not in proportion to the product, because the shelves are either very small or very big.

## The copy, into Spanish

All the copy on the floor display was in English. Checking the packs, the product is in English too, but since I was simulating a launch in Spain, I asked for the change on version 1. "Great, I really like it, but change the copy on version 1 to Spanish. Right now it's all in English."

*After. I asked it to change the copy on version 1 to Spanish. · Frame from the video*

It did what I asked. The display is the same, with the same structure and the same product, and the copy on the shelves and the header is now in Spanish. Bellto applies the change to the version you picked and leaves the rest as it was, and the edited version is saved next to the first two.

## One more piece, a shelf frame

Then I went back to the general brief and asked for another piece. "Let's do one more piece, a shelf frame to make the three products stand out, and the frame should have three sections, one per product."

The campaign view has the summary with the versions of every piece, and each piece can be opened on its own. Once I created the shelf frame, it joined the list of pieces and Bellto started on its two versions by itself, because every piece starts from two proposals.

*Version 1 of the shelf frame, with depth and one section per product. · Frame from the video*

Version 1 is a frame with depth and the three sections, one per product. Version 2 is three frames running the full height of a set of shelves, again with every product. Since I gave it no sizes, Bellto estimates them by eye, but for making the products stand out on the shelf it holds up. What a shelf frame does next to a shelf strip or a shelf banner is in the [guide to shelf POP](https://bellto.ai/blog/shelf-strips-retail-pop).

## From four concepts to a quote

Back in the general brief, the campaign now had its four pieces with their concepts. The next step is the quotes tab.

1. **Four concepts.** Countertop display, floor display, wobbler and shelf frame, each with its versions.
2. **Recommended manufacturers.** Bellto recommends manufacturers for each piece.
3. **Or your own suppliers.** You can also send it only to the suppliers you already work with.
4. **Same terms.** Everyone gets the job on the same terms, and the quote comes from the manufacturer.

If you want to see the same idea with a fuller brief, with sizes, units and material, it is in the [Nutella Peanut launch](https://bellto.ai/blog/cardboard-floor-display-nutella-peanut-launch). And in another video I put Bellto next to ChatGPT and Gemini on [a shelf talker, a wobbler and a shelf flag](https://bellto.ai/blog/bellto-vs-chatgpt-vs-gemini-shelf-talker-wobbler-shelf-flag). I am building Bellto now, and the waitlist is open. It opens by invitation, in small groups, with no card required.

## Frequently asked questions

### What pieces came out of three product photos?

A loaded countertop display, a floor display and a wobbler, with two versions of each, and later a shelf frame with its two versions. Bellto, an AI agent that designs your brand's POP, built the artwork for every piece from the photos of the three products.

### Can you change a display's copy to another language?

Yes. I asked Bellto to put the copy on version 1 of the floor display into Spanish, since it was all in English, and it applied the change to that version without touching the rest of the display.

### What was missing from the brief?

The product sizes and the facings I wanted on each shelf. Without them, Bellto estimates sizes by eye, and it shows in some proportions, like a wobbler with shelves too small or too big for the product.

### How do you add a piece to a campaign that is already underway?

From the general brief, by asking Bellto. I asked for a shelf frame with three sections, one per product, created it with one button, it joined the list of pieces and Bellto started on its two versions by itself.
