Wobbler
nounShelfIn Spanish Wobbler
What is a wobbler?
A small printed card, 10 to 20 cm across and round, rectangular or die-cut, hanging on a flexible arm hooked onto the shelf edge in front of the products. It faces the shopper, parallel to the shelf, and sways as people walk past. Its only job is to communicate; it never carries product.
In store, many wobblers get called stoppers. A shelf talker is a different piece: rigid and perpendicular to the shelf.
“The wobbler sways in the draught of the aisle and pulls the eye to the jar.”
